We have found that streamlining the communication process between Partners and our clients as well as the utilization of the latest technology has created a more EFFICIENT business strategy for our clients. The use of electronic forms software, digital cameras, mapping software, and sketching software enables our appraisers to produce a better quality product in less time. Using our online system allows our clients to instantly order an appraisal, track its status, ask a question, or download an appraisal instantly from their desktop computer. All of our clients have their own secure access to our on-line ordering system. This access allows our clients to view their own appraisal orders in progress. Users of our on-line ordering system will automatically receive e-mails from our office throughout the appraisal process. The e-mails will confirm that an order was received and let the client know the planned date of inspection and when the appraisal report will be completed. This has eliminated the need for our clients to call our office to confirm that an order was received or to ask about status of an order. We can always be reached via telephone, but many of our clients have found our on-line system to be easier and faster. We are finding more and more of our clients prefer communicating or a regular basis via our on-line system and e-mail. Clients can access their appraisal orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. Our on-line system saves our clients time and allows them to focus on their business.
Partners is owned and operated by an experienced appraiser, Scott E. Pekarchik. Mr. Pekarchik believes that providing ACCURATE appraisals is at the core of their business. Appraisal orders are only assigned to experienced appraisers who are familiar with the market in which the property is located. The owner is present in the office every day and takes a "hands on" approach to his business. The owner oversees the appraisal process from start to finish. Prior to being delivered to a client, each appraisal is thoroughly reviewed by the owner to make sure that it meets current industry standards in this ever changing market. Clients often comment how they receive far fewer addendum requests for work done by Partners than other appraisal firms they have used in the past.
We know that being RELIABLE is essential to our clients. Getting the appraisal to the client on time is the bottom line. The owner makes reliability the cornerstone of the business. Through the use of our on-line system clients are kept abreast of status of their orders. All appraisal orders in process are viewed each day by our staff to make sure each appraisal order is on track to be completed by its due date. As mentioned, the owner is always present in the office to answer any questions or assist with any situation that may arise. Many of our clients have commented about how different it is to interact with an owner, who cares so deeply about the task at hand.
